Debbie Brown

redlemon Principal Training Advisor, Debbie Brown , has a BEd Hons degree, majoring in Environmental Education. Debbie worked as a Primary School teacher for more than ten years, including four years as a Senior Leader, ICT specialist and numeracy coordinator. Graded outstanding in her latest Ofsted inspection, Debbie has recently joined the redlemon team to provide first hand experience and expertise in the Learning Development and Support Services we offer.

 

Jon Dutton

Jon Dutton

redlemon Director Jon Dutton, has a degree in Sports Management from the University of Northumbria. Jon has two years experience in sports development principally Rugby League, five years experience of event management with the European Golf Tour and has spent more than six years as Chief Executive of Manchester FA. In 2005, Jon established Logistique, a sports management consultants company, with Stephen.

 

Stephen Brown

Stephen Brown

redlemon Director, Stephen Brown has a degree in Recreation Management from Sheffield Hallam University. Stephen has spent two years in a sports and community development position with Gateshead Council before moving on to have a further five years experience in football development with both Manchester City Council and Manchester FA. Whilst in these roles Stephen delivered a number of training courses within the public and voluntary sector. In 2005, Stephen established Logistique, a sports management consultants company, with Jon.

 

 

Louise Tideswell

Louise Tideswell

redlemon Director, Louise Tideswell has fifteen years experience in sport and community development within the public, private and voluntary sector. This experience has been gained as a Sports Development Manager, a Community Development Officer, Sports Events Manager, and within two Governing Bodies as the National Development Manager for Basketball and Regional Development Manager for the Football Association. She has a Management Degree in Business and a Diploma in Sport and Leisure (ILAM Dip). Louise has considerable experience of delivering training and has written many courses for delivery within the public and voluntary sector. In 2003, she established her own business as a sports consultant, Plan4Sport. Louise also brings significant experience of project appraisal, assessment, action planning and project management.
